The North Face-Bozer Hip Pack III Large, fits my HYDRAPAK Ultraflask IT 500ml in the outer pocket, which is secure, no leaking, and there is zero bounce, when trail running. Not many will fit this soft flask due to the size.

There is no need for a Summit Pack, when hiking up to a summit in winter it also fits my Hydro Flask 532ml thermos, with coffee.

The main pack, is made from the same 600D ripstop material as other TNF products, meaning that it is tough, fog, drizzle, and light rain proof (DWR coated).

There are two pockets inside, one with a key clip, which keeps the keys from scratching your phone in the main storage section, I also store sanitizer and 2 energy bars and lip ice in them.

Besides a phone, the main storage section can accommodate a headlamp, running race beanie, or a visor, or cap, also a bug net, and more.

With 3L of storage capacity, one can travel light (pack weight is 180g), and no sweaty back when running, or hiking in summer.

The waist belt is fully adjustable, and caters for many waist sizes, which very few other running waist & hip belts do.
